### Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level support for our clients' cloud infrastructure.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide 3rd line support for in-house O365 cloud experience
* Collaborate with the 2nd line team to resolve complex technical issues
* Work closely with the team to develop and implement cloud solutions
* Stay up-to-date with the latest ITIL methodology and best practices
* Utilize Meraki and Cisco networking experience to drive business success
