Job Title: 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients' cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support for in-house O365 cloud experience
  • Work closely with the 2nd line team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless support for our clients' cloud journey

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of ITIL methodology
  • Experience with Meraki and Cisco
  • Strong networking skills
