Job Title: 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients' cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support for in-house O365 cloud experience
  • Implement ITIL methodology to ensure efficient support processes
  • Manage change management processes to minimize disruptions
  • Administer Vsphere, Vcentre, and SAN environments
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including DHCP and DNS
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Bonus points for experience with Meraki and Cisco

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 3rd line support for cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodology and change management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site visits
