About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all Treasury & Banking interfaces to ensure seamless operations.
  • Review and optimize bank charges to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project teams, users, and partners to identify and implement solutions that enhance the customer journey and reduce costs.
  • Document proposed solutions, including risks, controls, and cost benefits, to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the implementation of new profiles or complex Electronic Bank Systems updates, ensuring end-to-end testing and preproduction tests are completed.
  • Manage end-to-end testing with banks, maintain schedules, and document results to ensure project success.
  • Complete daily cash position controls and funding analysis to drive improvements in the daily cash process and monthly reporting on liquidity management.
  • Contribute to the department's change agenda, focusing on banking services, daily operations, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be working towards Treasury or Project qualifications (AMCT, PRINCE) and/or a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Have in-depth knowledge of international & domestic payment & collection methods, including e-wallets.
  • Have working knowledge of XML ISO20022 for payments/collections/bank statements.
  • Have experience with electronic banking platforms and credit card collections.
  • Have experience in treasury management systems selection & implementation.
  • Have good technical treasury knowledge and ability to find relevant information and answers.
  • Have exposure to delivering financial and project status to management.
  • Have a good grounding in treasury products and instruments.
  • Have strong Excel capability.
