Treasury Manager

Brewer Morris is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the overall liquidity and cash management of the group.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both the Group's short and long-term cash requirements, including decisions on investments.
  • Monitor and further automate treasury reporting and cash flow forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage the daily cash position across all the Group's operating accounts, ensuring an optimal level of bank accounts and use of online technology.
  • Maintain the group cash pooling / cross border sweep setups and maximise liquidity structures.
  • Manage and execute both domestic and cross-border intercompany loans, maintain loan documentation and ensure appropriate interest rates in place.
  • Support refinancing projects when applicable.
  • Manage the process for compliance reporting and provision of management information to debt providers and rating agencies, including a detailed understanding of the key terms and baskets under our facilities.
  • Manage and oversee the facility draw downs and repayment when necessary.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a Treasury function.
  • Experience in liquidity and cash management within a Treasury function, having demonstrated ownership in this space previously.
  • Strong communication skills and be able to interact proactively with business units and the wider finance team.
  • Desire to make a positive impact and drive change.
