About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Birmingham, Oxford. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy across specific vertical markets, working closely with a team of Senior Business Development Managers.

Your primary focus will be on selling a range of cable and wire solutions, including RFID labelling, portable and fixed printers, and cable management offerings. You will be working with end-users and OEMs across various industries, including food and beverage, production and process, construction, rail, laboratory, electronics, pharmaceutical, automotive, and aerospace.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be expected to understand target customer processes, work with them on projects, and present solutions that meet their needs. You will be dealing with design engineers, production management, procurement, and maintenance teams within these sectors.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong technical sales background, are genuinely interested in a career, and want to feel part of a proper team. You should be organised, methodical, and strategic in your approach, with a strong track record in new business wins. A clean driving license is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary, up to £50k basic salary DOE, plus 30% OTE (year 1) - can be doubled on over achievement, car scheme, pension, 22 days holiday (rises with length of service to 27), laptop/mobile, and healthcare cash plans.
