Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the East Midlands region. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading supplier of medical devices and contribute to the company's success in the hospital setting. You will have the chance to work with a high-value territory and develop a strong network of contacts to support your growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the East Midlands region.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, providing excellent service and support.
  • Introduce new products to the appropriate customer base and provide high-quality training and therapy knowledge.
  • Actively prospect and record new opportunities and all activity in CRM.
  • Maximise efficiency and productivity, particularly to optimise customer-facing activities within the designated territory.
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities that drive customer engagement and progression of pipeline.
  • Liaise with company colleagues regarding contacts and business opportunities.
  • Provide critical information and market intelligence that support the commercial team for tender processes.

Your Profile:

  • Experience of medical device consumables and the hospital and community setting.
  • A consultative sales approach, with the ability to work with pace and inject pace in others.
  • Courageous and ambitious, with a strong sense of making a difference to patients/end users.
  • Trustworthy and sets high standards, upholding core values that separate you from the competition.
  • A full and clean driving licence.
  • Ideal candidate will have a BSc/BA degree or equivalent level of education.
