Job Overview

Vision for Education - Newcastle is seeking a highly skilled PRU Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Cramlington, Northumberland. As a PRU Behaviour Mentor, you will work with young people aged 11-16 who require additional support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) issues.

This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils and their families. You will be working as part of a well-established team, providing small class-sized support to students with SEND.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary or secondary school-aged children, particularly those with SEND. A passion for helping learners reach their full potential is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience working with primary or secondary school-aged children.
  • Knowledge of SEND and its effects on learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
