About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital providing services for women with complex mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support women who often have complex mental health and co-morbid conditions. Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours, and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
