About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital providing services for women with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
