We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to female adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • NMC registration
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
