About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital providing services for women with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional development.
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  • A high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • A commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
