About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Operational Contact Centre Agent to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our Customer Management Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational resolution to customer queries and issues via phone, email, and social media
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
