Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and schedule events such as school trips, parties, and seasonal celebrations to ensure a fun and engaging experience for our customers.
  2. Monitor customer experiences and provide feedback to relevant teams to ensure continuous improvement.
  3. Hold regular 1-1 and performance reviews with the team to discuss progress and set goals.

Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of management experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
