Job Overview

We are Premier Care Support Ltd, a leading provider of domiciliary care services. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Services Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality care and manage a team of care staff.
  • Develop and grow our domiciliary and supported living services.
  • Network in the local community to raise awareness of our service.
  • Promote the highest standards of care and service.
  • Support the in-house recruiter with recruiting and training care staff.
  • Conduct care planning and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage complaints and incidents, and use findings to initiate improvements.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team to provide high-quality domiciliary care services.
  • Have or be willing to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
  • Have excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the care regulations.
  • Have strong skills in conducting care assessments and care planning.
  • Have strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Be responsive, agile, and remain calm whilst dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Be flexible to meet demands of the business.
  • Have a good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases and virtual communication platforms.
  • Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service.
  • Experience of working with clients with mental health difficulties and learning disabilities.
  • Proven experience in leading, training, and managing a team to provide high-quality domiciliary care services.
  • Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Our Benefits:

  • An attractive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
