Job: Preschool Practitioner - Experienced Required

We are seeking an experienced Preschool Practitioner to join our team of dedicated professionals at an Ofsted Good preschool in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.

About the Role:
  • Create a motivating and inspiring learning environment for children aged 18 months to 5 years.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to plan and implement engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, parents and carers.
  • Provide individualised care and support to ensure each child's needs are met.
  • Contribute to the preschool's commitment to delivering high-quality education and childcare.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or Childcare Professional.
  • Experience working with children from 18 months to 5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Punctual, reliable and able to use own initiative.
Benefits:
  • Estimated Annual Salary: £20,928.
  • Hourly salary: £12.00.
  • Term time only contract, Mondays to Fridays 8am to 4pm (38 weeks a year).
  • 4 weeks holiday pay plus 8 paid bank holidays.
  • Free parking in the local area.
  • The preschool is close to a train station.
