Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at The CLR Group in Romford, Essex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating applicants for properties, responding to enquiries, and negotiating offers with both vendors and applicants.

£25,000 basic salary, with on-target earnings of up to £50,000 per year.


Responsibilities
  • Generate applicants for properties by calling existing databases
  • Respond to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers with vendors and applicants
