Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, nurturing them to excel in sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll be responsible for coaching colleagues to inspire customers, leading a highly engaged team, and driving sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring colleagues are proud to sell with confidence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance, sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:
- Proven management experience in a similar-sized, sales-driven business.
- Excellent coaching skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for helping others grow.
- A track record of identifying commercial opportunities to maximise sales.
- Confidence in leading a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers.
