Civil Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team in Inverness, Scotland, working on high-profile projects in the Scottish Environment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary skills and competencies to perform their duties effectively
- Monitor and manage project costs, developing and implementing cost-saving strategies where possible
- Identify and introduce new processes, techniques, and innovations on site, driving continuous improvement and efficiency
- Ensure all site team members and supply chain partners adhere to latest design information, material take-offs, and risk assessments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil engineering, bulk excavation, and site management, with a strong understanding of CDM regulations
- HNC or higher in Civil Engineering, SMSTS, CSCS, and proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on safety and quality
