Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Fundraising & Individual Giving Manager to lead our new individual giving fundraising activities programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to engage and retain individual donors, securing new funding opportunities and building strong relationships with our supporters.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive individual giving strategy, including donor research, segmentation, and stewardship.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective individual donors, including major donors and legacy givers.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, trusts, and corporate partnerships.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of individual giving activities, making recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in individual giving fundraising, with a track record of success in securing new funding opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate fundraising activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
