Tearfund has a vision to see all people freed from poverty, living transformed lives and reaching their God-given potential. The YEG team exists to guide a young generation to play their part in an end of extreme poverty, inspiring them to live meaningfully as global neighbours.
- Working in a role engaging at least one of the main audiences, youth, students, young adults and youth leaders
- Making presentations or speaking to audiences of young people and young adults - including making clear invitations to give or to fundraise
- Networking and relationship building among youth and young adult organisations
- Working to, delivering and reporting on targets
- Project Management, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects, events and activities

**Please note**: This is a part time role working 21 hours per week. The full time salary is £34,407 per annum and the part time salary is £20,644 per annum.

This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from the Teddington Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager
