Architectural Technologist

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Collating and organising technical building information from designers / team leader
- Preparing designs using CAD software
- Making site visits to undertake measured surveys and gather other information
- Investigating and offering technical advice on factors that affect building, including user needs, site and building
- Liaising with other construction professionals in-house and external
- Monitoring designs for health and safety and contributing to risk assessments
- Coordinating detailed design information
- Preparing specifications for construction work (NBS Chorus)
- Preparing drawings, plans, and documents for statutory approvals
- Obtaining tenders for construction work

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Experience within either Education / Healthcare / Residential
- 3 years industry experience +
- Good building regulations knowledge
- Living in or around London
- Good knowledge of CAD

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Competitive Salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
- Annual leave 25 days + Bank holidays
