Tearfund have an exciting opportunity for an Agile Lead to join one of the UK's leading Christian relief and development agencies.

You'll be joining a team who are helping Tearfund deliver its Fundraising vision by providing Agile expertise and leadership.

This is a key role in embedding Agile ways of working. You will be developing our agile workflows and driving cultural change at both project and leadership level.

The Agile Lead will support multiple scrum teams, helping to align processes and ensuring best practice is adhered to. They will provide leadership in Agile and be a champion for Agile in the wider organisation.

We're looking for someone with experience embedding Agile methodology in large teams and coaching colleagues at all levels to use and understand Agile principles.
