About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Client Services Manager to join our team at Legal & General Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving resident engagement and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective resident engagement strategies, including the creation of resident panels and support mechanisms for localized resident groups.
  2. Collaborate with management providers to assess and assure areas of localized resident engagement, ensuring that our services are meeting regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide performance reporting and insight analysis of customer feedback, linking it back to our resident engagement model.
  4. Build assurance checks across key landlord services with customers to promote collaboration on assessing the quality of services being delivered locally.
  5. Evaluate and evolve engagement activity linked to our changing customer demographic, digital solutions, and areas of innovation in promoting co-creation and scrutiny of services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of overseeing resident engagement functions, preferably in a housing context.
  • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements for Registered Providers in involving and empowering residents in decision making.
  • Ability to embed systems and processes that provide a high degree of assurance that resident engagement services are meeting set policies and procedures.
  • Influencing other teams and services to make things happen.
  • Utilizing digital platforms to drive wider resident engagement where other channels are difficult to embed would be desirable.
