Job Overview

Europcar is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Vehicle Returns Assistant. As a key member of our vehicle returns team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients at every stage of the rental process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to clients in our car parks, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with vehicle returns, including checking vehicles for damage and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote and upsell to clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
