About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aftersales Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers leave our dealership satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the showroom and vehicles for the day ahead, ensuring a welcoming and impressive environment for our customers.
  • Assist with showroom presentation and advertising, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
  • Support the Sales department in delivering excellent customer service, from initial enquiry to delivery and beyond.
  • Organise and accompany customers on test drives, providing expert knowledge and guidance to help them find their perfect vehicle.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and manufacturers, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed advice to our customers.
  • Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • A full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.
