About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aftersales Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers find the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.
  • Support the Sales department in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless sales journey.
  • Organise and accompany customers on test drives, providing expert knowledge and guidance throughout the process.
  • Stay up-to-date with our vehicles and manufacturers, enabling you to provide accurate and informed advice to our customers.
  • Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

Requirements:

  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A full UK driving licence, enabling you to accompany customers on test drives.
  • A willingness to go the extra mile, taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving targets.
