About the RoleThis permanent occupation provides a competitive salary of £35,392 - £42,618 per annum, offering stability and opportunities for career advancement.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients who have neurological conditions, assessing their needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support throughout the rehabilitation process.
Key Tasks- Conduct OT assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Work closely with clients and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with colleagues, mentoring and guiding Band 5 OTs, students, and therapy support workers.
- Stay current with the latest developments in neurorehabilitation and contribute to the growth of our therapy services.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC. Additionally, experience in neurological rehabilitation and working with clients with complex physical conditions is required.
