**About the Role:**

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to fill a full-time position in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of clients with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients with neurological conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Support clients through rehabilitation, acting as their key worker and helping them navigate their stay, therapy, and discharge plans.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members, including Band 5 OTs, students, and therapy support workers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in neurorehabilitation and contribute to the development of our therapy services.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working with clients with complex physical conditions in neurological rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
