About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist in our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy interventions to individuals with mental health needs. Based primarily in Epsom, you will work closely with colleagues across surrounding community services to provide comprehensive care pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions, both group and individual, to meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff members, ensuring their growth and development within the team.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of occupational therapy student placements, fostering the next generation of professionals.
