About the Role

The Occupational Therapist will provide compassionate and effective leadership to occupational therapists and assistants within the Intensive Support Service (ISS) and Deacon.

They will contribute to the overall leadership of the ISS and ensure high-quality occupational therapy assessment and interventions.

The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clinicians, managers, directors, associate directors, people who access services, carers/supporter/family members, stakeholders, and agencies.
