About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Summerson Lodge & Holmes Park in Southsea, Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience in managing properties and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for organizing activities, coordinating the development, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks. You will also be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

About You

We are looking for someone who is able to live on-site, in the apartment provided, rent-free. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people and a passion for excellent customer service. You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative, and have the ability to be calm under pressure.

You will also have experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and be an accomplished administrator. Previous experience in similar backgrounds, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors, would be an advantage.
