About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and ensuring the maintenance of the property.

You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents and stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service, with a focus on delivering a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our residents. You will be an outgoing and friendly person, with a love of people and a ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will have a strong administrative background, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will be able to work calmly under pressure and have good judgement and decision-making skills.
