About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Summerson Lodge & Holmes Park in Southsea, Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating activities and events.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, where you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners. If you are a people person with a passion for excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

About You

  • You will be able to live on-site in a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment.
  • You will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
  • You will be able to work independently and use your own initiative, while also being a team player.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our Home Owners, contractors, and internal colleagues.
