About the Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Development Manager to join our Northern Europe commercial team. In this Inside Sales Executive role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales calls, effectively turning leads into new business to support sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer-facing roles, particularly those executing high volumes of activity. Knowledge of sales tools and procedures is also beneficial.
As part of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in managing a substantial number of small to medium-sized customers across diverse sectors. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the entire process from the initial sale to account opening, onboarding, and handover to the account management team.

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced commercial team, working closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a commercial or business development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to new and existing customers
- Handle all inbound sales calls
- Convert leads into new business
- Manage the account opening and contract process for new customers
