Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team, focusing on the Market-oriented/Leadership Team. As a key member, you'll lead and drive our end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with leaders to source and attract top talent to Dynatrace.

Your Role

  1. Market Expertise: Develop and drive strategic searches for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.

  2. Talent Attraction: Push boundaries and find innovative ways to attract top talent.

  3. Partnerships: Foster relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address strategic long-term needs.

  4. Brand Ambassador: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador and work closely with our Employer Branding team.

Requirements

  1. 6+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on technical positions and teams in the IT/Software market.

  2. Sourcing Experience: Proven ability to source a variety of profiles.

  3. Market Understanding: Good understanding of the SaaS market and ability to work strategically on business needs.

  4. Project Management: Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Communication Skills: Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings that facilitate thoughtful conversation.

  6. Business Acumen: Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand business goals.
