Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team, focusing on the Market-oriented/Leadership Team. As a key member of our global Talent Acquisition Team, you'll lead and drive our end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with leaders to source and attract top talent to Dynatrace.

Your Role

  • Market Expertise: Develop and drive strategic searches for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.
  • Talent Attraction: Push boundaries to find innovative ways to attract top talent.
  • Partnerships: Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address strategic long-term needs.
  • Brand Ambassador: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador, working closely with our Employer Branding team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience in the IT/Software market, with a strong understanding of the SaaS market.
  • Experience in sourcing various profiles and ability to work strategically on business needs.
  • Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings that facilitate thoughtful conversation.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
