Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Randstad Delivery (GBS), we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing recruitment activities for assigned Abbott UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client business objectives and strategy
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Business HR to identify skill requirements, background, and experience needed for each requisition
  • Design and implement comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategies for each requirement, setting and managing expectations
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the process, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and providing timely feedback
  • Ensure a structured, best practice competency-based interview process is followed
  • Conduct salary negotiation and manage the offer process in alignment with Business HR
  • Complete diligent contract request processes, including conducting reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS (Workday) and relevant CRM (Phenom) actions
  • Expertly manage efficient temp-to-perm hiring processes
  • Proactively identify and seek support where required in resolving issues
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
