About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team, specifically for our Market-oriented/Leadership Team. As a key member of our global Talent Acquisition Team, you'll lead and drive our end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with our leaders to source and attract top talent to Dynatrace.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expertise: Develop and drive strategic searches for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.
  • Talent Attraction: Push the status quo and concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract top talent.
  • Partnerships: Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address strategic long-term needs.
  • Brand Ambassador: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador and work closely with our Employer Branding team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
  • Experience in sourcing various profiles.
  • Good understanding of the SaaS market and ability to work strategically on business needs.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
  • Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand the goals of the business.
