About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our bowling and golf centres nationwide.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry.

This includes ensuring the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cheerfully welcoming customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the centre.
  • Supporting the General Manager in delivering centre goals and financial targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • A passion for customer service and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
  • A willingness to work nights and weekends.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • The opportunity to earn an extra £1 per hour, paid monthly, as part of our bonus scheme.
  • A 40-hour contract with additional pay for extra shifts worked.
  • 50% off food when working.

  • 28 days holiday and additional days with length of service.
