We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Charity & Fundraising Administrator to join our team at Impact Recruitment Services. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our charity clients, ensuring the smooth operation of fundraising events, and maintaining accurate records of donor data.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our charity clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the production of thank you letters and other correspondence to donors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Utilize relevant IT systems to collect and input fundraiser and donor data accurately, maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Provide administrative support for charity committee meetings, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of income from supporters and donor details on a spreadsheet, ensuring up-to-date and reliable information.
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills, with a focus on attention to detail and high standards of work output.
- Excellent written English and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different writing styles and formats.
- Highly flexible, motivated, and proactive, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
