The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to provide support to our Senior Leadership Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing diaries, organizing meetings, and ensuring all supporting arrangements are covered.

You will also provide administrative support for meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas, taking notes and actions, and transcription, circulation, and follow-up.

Your Profile

  • You will have experience in a similar role within a similar setting, supporting at least two Directors.
  • You will have strong all-round administration and organizational skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality, professional documents.
  • You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to understand financial and statistical information.
  • You will be able to work collaboratively or on your own initiative, with a strong customer focus and good communication skills.
