Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Policy Transformation Specialist to join our permanent team in Northern Ireland. This role will involve developing and implementing effective policy strategies to address poverty and economic insecurity, as well as collaborating with colleagues within JRF and external partners to deepen our impact in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policy projects that support our work in Northern Ireland
  • Work closely with the Head of Northern Ireland to achieve our goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues within JRF and external partners to deepen our impact in Northern Ireland

Requirements:

  • A significant knowledge of policy issues related to poverty and its consequences in Northern Ireland
  • A strong understanding of how policy making works in Northern Ireland and the devolution arrangements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
