We are seeking a Social Impact Liaison Officer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil in Belfast. This part-time role (18.75 hours/week) involves empowering local individuals through skills development, career guidance, and mentoring.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with our client and CGI teams to raise awareness of Social Impact commitments, supporting reporting and data analysis requirements. They will identify beneficiaries who meet the project criteria, promote and present social value initiatives, and provide skills development and mentoring for women in the criminal justice system.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in a global organisation. You will be based in the CGI Belfast office and client site, with travel required across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Raise awareness of Social Impact commitments among stakeholders.
  2. Identify and engage with beneficiaries who meet the project criteria.
  3. Provide skills development and mentoring support to women in the criminal justice system.

Requirements:

  • Good planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident use of Microsoft 365.
  • Flexible approach and ability to manage varying workload.

Qualifications:

  1. GCSEs at grades A-C* (or grades 4-9 in England).
  2. Intermediate apprenticeships.
  3. Level 2 awards, diplomas, and certificates.
  4. NVQs (Level 2).
