Star People Seeks Ambitious Sales Leader
Join Our Team as a National Sales Manager
About the Role:
Star People, a leading medical device organization, is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead a successful team of Territory Managers across the UK. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and developing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the UK market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a focus on team management and sales growthStrong knowledge of the medical device industry, with a focus on respiratory productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersA collaborative approach, with a focus on driving business results through teamwork and innovationWhat We Offer:
