Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent guest service and sales performance.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer service standards, and employee development goals.
  • Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and expenses, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to identify and develop future leaders within the store.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
