Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on winning new business and developing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Winning new business across the region with a focus on forging long-term relationships
- Travelling throughout Lincolnshire, East Yorkshire, and North Yorkshire as required
- Working closely with the depot network and service centres to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Providing regular reports on enquiries, hires, and sales
- Assisting in the invoicing and collection process for payments due
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a regional sales management role
- Strong proficiency in both winning new business and developing/managing key accounts
- Experience selling diesel generators and pumping equipment is essential
- Technical understanding of company products and the ability to specify upgrades/new systems/recommend a solution based on a customer's specific requirements
- Ideal location within an hour of Grimsby
- Full driving license
The salary for this role is £46,000 - £49,000 DOE, plus a range of benefits including a company car, fuel card, and credit card. You will also receive 25 days of holiday + bank holidays and be eligible for our pension scheme.
