About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Bicester Village Outlet store. As an ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences that meet our on-brand focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques to drive sales and KPIs.
  • Responsible for opening/closing the store and performing relevant tasks.
  • Maintain an understanding of current products, trends, and collections to inform clients.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to satisfaction.
  • Achieve a score of at least 85% in mystery shop reports.
  • Understand all policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Ensure high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
  • Support the store with cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
  • Additional ad hoc duties as necessary.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with other languages an asset.
  • Sales experience in a luxury brand and/or fashion outlet retail.
  • Customer service experience with face-to-face contact.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environments.
  • Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal.
  • Strong clienteling skills and experience.
