About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at Brioni UK Ltd. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will provide a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience to our clients, nurturing long-term relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop positive relationships with customers, from initial contact to farewell
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals
- Contribute to teamwork and accomplish store targets and KPIs
- Effectively use the Client Book (LUCE) to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base
- Gather information about the market, including new trends, events, competitors' activities, and products
- Interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and company
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines
- Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing possible issues and risks
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand
- Fluent in English, with Middle East and/or Indian language a plus
- Good knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion
- MTM specialization a plus
- Listening and communication skills
- Flexible to work in a multicultural context
- A proactive individual with a self-development attitude
- Sense of ownership and ability to work independently
