Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Bicester Village Outlet store. As an ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences that meet our on-brand focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consistently excellent service to customers, maintaining high standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques to drive sales and KPIs.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store, with relevant tasks during this time, including replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • Adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations, and understand and align with PCI compliance policy and regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with English as a requirement and other languages helpful (Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Arabic).
  • Sales experience ideally within a luxury brand and/or fashion outlet retail, with experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment, with strong clientelling skills and experience.
  • Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
